I certainly don't go to Walt Disney World in the summer for it's mild, spring-like weather. Or for a relaxing, peaceful getaway to recharge my batteries and come back refreshed and ready to take on life until the next vacation.
But I do go to Disney World to see this smile:
And this smile:
Oh, yes, and the innocent joy of seeing the REAL PINOCCHIO!
Wait, wait - and the REAL PLUTO!
MOMMY! Forget that Rick Springfield just walked by us! It's CHIP AND DALE!
Oh, and Mommy! Look! It's MICKEY!
DONALD & DAISY! MOMMY! DADDY! LOOK!
It's exhausting. It's hot. But, it's THE BEST.

Wow, Monkey Man looks like you! Did you really see Rick at Disney World?
Can you imagine if I did see him there?! No, it was just lustful, I mean, wishful thinking.
Well, stranger things have happened, right? :-) I'm still dreaming about winning the cruise that I can't afford to go on.
This blog made me chuckle as it hit home. I have in-laws who mean well and truly LOVE Christmas. Unfortunately, they have NOOOO self control and after we leave their house on Christmas, I need to borrow one of their cars to take all our new belongs home. So, one day a couple of months ago I needed her to come up to my house and watch Madison so I could take Connor to his kindergarten screening. When I returned, she mentioned casually to me that my goodness, you have so many toys. I wanted with every least breath I had to say, well... you are the one who bought about 90% of them, but I didn't and just bit my tongue. Over the next few days when the family would call her, somehow the amount of toys which was located in my house got into the conversation. AUGHH.........
